Comprehensive facilities master planning and capital improvement planning support for the Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District's operations campus. Working as part of the multidisciplinary consultant team led by Convergence Architecture, Concrete Rose Construction provided preconstruction consulting, conceptual cost estimating, constructability review, implementation planning, and construction phasing recommendations to evaluate multiple facility improvement alternatives. As a subconsultant to Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting, Concrete Rose Construction provides construction management, project controls, office engineering, document control, constructability review, cost estimating, and contract administration support for Sound Transit capital and operational projects. Services may be authorized through individual task orders and are structured to support project delivery, construction oversight, change management, schedule coordination, and compliance with Sound Transit’s program requirements.
