Constructing Hope Pre-Apprenticeship Program | Addition and Tenant Improvement
Constructing Hope Pre-Apprenticeship Program Addition & Tenant Improvement Expansion and renovation of an active workforce training facility designed to increase training capacity and improve operational flow. The project included a 5,500 SF interior renovation and a 1,500 SF addition completed within an occupied environment. Concrete Rose Construction managed structural modifications, upgraded building systems, and reconfigured interior spaces to support classrooms, administrative operations, and hands-on training environments. Working within an active facility required careful coordination, phased execution, and disciplined schedule management to minimize disruption while maintaining daily operations. St. Joseph Grand Lodge of Oregon Historic Façade Reconstruction
Historic façade reconstruction of a 6,000 SF commercial building originally constructed in 1908. The project required exterior envelope replacement, hazardous material abatement, and structural repair within an active urban corridor. Renovation of a 2,882 SF residential-scale facility designed to support faculty, visiting authors, and program-driven educational use for Portland Community College.
