Constructing Hope Pre-Apprenticeship Program Addition & Tenant Improvement Expansion and renovation of an active workforce training facility designed to increase training capacity and improve operational flow. The project included a 5,500 SF interior renovation and a 1,500 SF addition completed within an occupied environment. Concrete Rose Construction managed structural modifications, upgraded building systems, and reconfigured interior spaces to support classrooms, administrative operations, and hands-on training environments. Historic façade reconstruction of a 6,000 SF commercial building originally constructed in 1908. The project required exterior envelope replacement, hazardous material abatement, and structural repair within an active urban corridor.
